Cesanamedia has finalized the agreement with Ringier, the established and influential Swiss media group. Thus, Cesanamedia is the exclusive representative in Italy of a wide range of publications

Ringier is the largest internationally operating Swiss media company with 180-year history, producing over 120 newspapers and magazines. It also runs printing plants, several radio and TV stations and well over 80 web and mobile platforms with a worldwide staff of approximately 6500 employees.

Cesanamedia acquires the representation of the distinguished fashion and lifestyle magazines, offering premium contents and targeting the upmarket French and German speaking audiences

SiStyle, Bolero, Hebdo, Schweizer Illustrierte and Caffè are among the main media brands.

A relevant reorganization has been taken place within the newsrooms of Ringier  magazines in order to optimize the resources and expertise of the different editorial and creative teams which eventually will operate across several media brands.

The process will be completed by the beginning of next year.
